Christmas was the most beautiful holiday of the year. Before Christmas was not so much about gifts as about mutual love and friendship, joy and a sense of belonging in a family that gathered together to celebrate under their roof. We all look forward to and most children who have their wishes and almost always come true. These days we decorate the tree with beautiful Christmas decorations and we adults remember how we celebrated Christmas before.
At first, only apples and nuts, or candy, were hanging on the tree next to the candles. Later, ornaments were made from potatoes that were gilded. Today we decorate the Christmas tree with glass Christmas decorations.
