COMPLAINTS OF GOODS - DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT
We always hand over the goods to the carrier properly packed and undamaged, we send all shipments as insured and marked "FRAGILE". However, the goods for which the carrier is responsible may be damaged during transport. Therefore, when accepting the shipment from the carrier, pay special attention to the condition of the shipment - obvious damage to the packaging, dents, tears of the packaging may be a sign that the shipment was not treated sparingly and the goods inside may be damaged or broken.
